Exceptional spa services were truly rejuvenating.
The staff at breakfast were unhelpful and often indifferent. I felt ignored as they preferred chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting guests. Additionally, the noise from events at the hotel kept me awake late into the night. the management needs to improve sound isolation or at least warn guests about the disturbances.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our small kid. The spa was a highlight, offering various pools and treatments. We also loved the exceptional breakfast spread, which featured a live chef making fresh omelets. The location was convenient for exploring local parks and culture.
In my kids’ opinion, the kids' pool could use some supervision to ensure safety.
